As a busy mom with VERY HUNGRY boys, my days are spent mostly in the kitchen. I typically have an arsenal of ingredients in the pantry to be able to whip up something when the "I'm STARVING" scream starts. While a bit frustrating, I'm usually able to quell the cry quickly, but when the whining starts outside the house, I'm not as lucky! Enter: RITZ CHEESE CRISPERS Chips! These thin, cheesy, crispy chips have saved many a car trips and even more beach adventures this summer. Being oven-baked and made with real cheese, its a snack that I actually like giving my kids on-the-go!
Wanting to share this very valuable tip with other busy moms, I ventured to my local farmer's market with RITZ CHEESE CRISPERS that I had been compensated for the purpose of review. I knew that this venue would be the perfect spot to commiserate with other moms since our farmer's markets used to be a great spot to sample an abundance of wonderful produce. With COVID-19 restrictions in place, as well as social distancing being honored, taste testing the freshest peaches or boldest BBQ sauces has no longer been an option. For a mom, this limits the amount of time that can be spent with kids at the markets before "hanger" arrives. With RITZ CHEESE CRISPERS in hand, I helped local moms enjoy their time perusing the peppers and made their kids smile with a quick snack to hold them over before heading home for lunch!
"WOW! This is AWESOME!" exclaimed the first little girl who tried a crisp from her mother's hand! "Can I have more?" questioned a young boy who tugged viciously at the sample bag that his mom was holding. In both cases, each parent lipped "thank you" to me as they finally were able to relax and not have to worry about a possible hunger tantrum beginning.
Feeling accomplished, I left the market that day a bit hungry myself. Knowing that I had a few more sample bags in my trunk, I ripped open the bag and munched on one of the chips. Just as I had seen moments before, my hunger was immediately silenced and I was able to relax with a delicious snack that I liked (maybe even a bit more than my kids) ;)
